MSK WorkAssist is Looking for Client Service Representative Full Time

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

MSK WorkAssist clinic provides specialty care for injured workers. Our Client Services Representative is a vital part of our team who provides outstanding customer service to our clients and is an integral part of the WorkAssist care team.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide a warm welcome to clients via phone, email, and at reception area
• Admitting, scheduling, discharging patients
• Manage client intake data
• Maintain the flow of patients for clinics, keep clinical staff informed
• Relate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Respond to program inquiries and participate as an effective team member
• Ensure overall cleanliness and safety of clients in clinic waiting area
• Handle patient files in a confidential manner
• Provide clerical support to clinical staff as needed

Qualifications:

• The ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Computer skills with ability to use software such a Microsoft Office, network databases, the internet and document management systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure
• To accurately and appropriately listen, respond and relay information
• Positive attitude and customer service focus

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
