Remote – Bilingual Bell Smart Home Customer Representative

Our operations are expanding and we need to add more motivated bilingual Customer Service Representatives to our team! As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers and colleagues of Canada’s largest telecommunications company regarding home alarm products and services.
Here’s what your day will look like:
· Respond to inquiries from customers and/or field technicians
· Data entry, for tracking purposes of information for caller interactions
· Follow up with customers through client call-backs
· Assess caller needs and promote products through benefits and features
· Continuous training on Bell Smart Home products
· Need to meet monthly targets and metrics
Here’s what you need to join the team:
· Bilingualism (French/English)
· High school diploma
· 1-2 years of contact center, customer service, or office work experience
· Excellent learning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Great oral and written communication skills, and good interpersonal communication skill
· Adaptability in a dynamic and fast paced environment
· Proficiency in computer use for data entry, and ability to multitask
· Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
· Proficiency in Microsoft teams, word, excel etc.
