The MSC Talent Acquisition team is going through a period of reinvention. The newly transformed team is critically important to the continued success of MSC and we are now looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.

You will also fully appreciate that the candidate journey starts long before a vacancy is created and a job application is received.
You will develop Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing modern methods and tactics to the recruiting process to attract top talent and promote MSC as being the employer of choice within the UK manufacturing industry. Attracting and identifying top talent is essential to our growth plans, so you’ll thrive in that aspect of the role.
You’ll be a great storyteller and writer, and can create content from job adverts, social media posts, testimonials, case studies, blogs to emails and videos yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators.
Working to tell a consistent, unique story about MSC you will craft targeted campaigns to develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates. You will connect with potential new hires, to understand their attributes and whether MSC would be a good fit for them.
The Impact you will have
You will think strategically about our employer brand messaging, channels to market and will roll up your sleeves to execute recruitment campaigns and programs, working with leaders and associates creating stories to amplify our reach.
Your content will be found when and where people are searching. It will engage your audience on a human level through search, social media, mobile, text and email, building a pipeline/database of candidates who read your texts, open your emails and respond to your content
You will recognise when it is appropriate to attend job fairs, host round table discussions or utilise any other methods to attract and engage various candidate groups.
You track, measure and analyze everything from top to bottom of the candidate journey, test to know what’s working and what’s not and jump in to try new tactics, fail and learn. You will streamline and automate processes wherever possible and try new technology that can improve efficiency and deliver results.
You will be working directly with our potential new hires and will be the face of MSC to them, so your every interaction will be with a view of promoting our incredible reputation. Therefore, you will feel the impact you are having on our business. Our growth plans are ambitious, and you will have a direct contribution to achieving our ambitions.
