JOB PURPOSE

Based in Ocean Village, Southampton – our newly formed Talent Acquisition team will play a key and strategic role in the growth of MSC Cruises – the world’s largest privately-owned cruise company! We are looking for experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professionals with a quality-focused mindset and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate is someone who will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international organisation working closely with the UK Head Office and Shipyards in Europe.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supports employer branding, recruitment marketing, recruitment, and onboarding;

• Delivers staffing needs as identified by Head of Talent Acquisition;

• Works with an international focus – ensuring that the best talent is selected;

• Develops strong and trusted relationships with hiring managers;

• Focuses on talent sourcing using multiple channels, provides thorough screening and support throughout the interview and onboarding process to new talent and hiring managers;

• Supports HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process;

• Runs talent acquisition campaigns;

• Focuses on internal talent acquisition strategies and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

• Fluent English (written and spoken);

• Experienced agency recruiter / inhouse talent acquisition specialist;

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated, tenacious, and resilient;

• Interactive approach to recruiting top talent through passive search methods;

• Maritime industry experience is an advantage but is not essential;

• Strong time management skills;

• Proficient in Microsoft packages with good IT knowledge

The existing right to live and work in the UK is required for this position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,416.00 per year
