Technical Sales Manager – Building Services / M&E

A successful, privately owned technical services group with an annual turnover of c£30m that has an excellent reputation for delivering engineering service maintenance, installation/project works, design and specialist joinery within the public, private, residential, commercial and industrial sectors. 

They have an excellent reputation and boast strong order book with a number of blue chip clients, some of which have relationships spanning in excess of 25 years.  The company believe in reinvestment into the business and their employees recognising the importance of providing training and development programmes for staff whilst promoting progression from within.

Technical Sales Manager

This position is remotely based visiting customers based predominately in London but occasionally, further afield as needed.  You will become an important part of a successful and highly experienced team and be responsible for identifying and maximising sales opportunities with existing and new customers to boost the order book of the business

You will:

• Have proven sales experience within the interiors/construction sector and be Building Services/M&E biased
• Experience in winning new business
• Able to identify new and fruitful leads as well as upsell to current customers
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Polished client facing
• Ability to prioritise workload, work independently or within a team
• Able to be field based with plenty of energy and enthusiasm to succeed 
• Be computer literate
• Full UK Driver Licence
• Stable work history
