Continuous improvement of work and activities Compliance with the corporate and department mission statement Cooperation with customers and other departments in spirit of mutual respect Fulfilling thoroughly all tasks within the scope of defined qualifications and responsibilities Represent the company in professional and respectful manner Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information Adherence to 5S principles Establish a good relationship with customers Oversee and enforce safety practices and conditions Creation and management of a reliable shipping and FG production plan Customer service contact for logistics topics Monitor and control the activities for demand management Improve stock accuracy by monitoring receipts and consumption of materials Create, implement, and maintain supply chain KPIs Actively participate in logistics continuous improvement projects Creation and management of production orders Capacity analysis of resources Location & Commitments Monday Friday, Onsite Columbus OH Permanent, Full Time, First Shift 7 : 00 am -3 : 15 pm (40 hour) Overtime, Alternate shifts, and Weekends may be necessary for business needs.

Candidate Requirements Industrial, Mechanical, or Supply Chain Engineering Degree 3 years of work experience in production planning is required, preferably in the Automotive Industry.

Expertise In : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of MRP (SAP preferably) Knowledge of inventory management Excellent understanding of customers’ portals and procedures Extensive knowledge on production control and plan Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Availability to be customers’ 24 / 7 contact for logistics topics Benefits We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, vision, and dental insurances.
