Customer Service Representative needed for plumbing office. No plumbing experience required, but is certainly an asset.
This office can be fast paced and requires EXTENSIVE multi-tasking skills. Personal organization is a must.
Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm (Training will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm)
Position Purpose –
Primary objective is to build and grow customer relationships with new and existing clients. Market to existing and new client base. Follow up with existing customers’ estimates and services.
You will also receive calls from the public who are inquiring about Mr. Rooter’s services. Using scripts, gather information, assess customer problems and book an appointment for the service technician to visit the premises. Operate telephone systems equipment to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls according to company policies and procedures. Supply information to callers, record and deliver messages.
Answer inquiries and obtain information from prospective customers. Provide minimal information regarding services provided and direct calls to appropriate employees within organization. Enter data in computer and send to dispatch.
Perform varied and diverse duties requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures and include a combination of answering telephones, record keeping, typing or word processing of estimates, office machine operation, and filing.
Make follow up calls to customers after service has been rendered to assess satisfaction. Follow up on outstanding quotations in order to close sales.
Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered outside the place of business. Duties include using radio, telephone, pager and computer to transmit assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress.
Dispatches crew to work sites, keeps track of who is clear, enters information in computer, maintains logs of paying calls, reconciles billing data, track location of service technicians via GPS, and notify customers when call is scheduled.
