Mr. Lube Hiring for Service Technician – Lube, Tire and Customer Service at Cambridge, ON Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic people as trainees for our Tire, Oil and Lube Technician positions. No Experience Necessary – Just a desire to learn Automotive Maintenance and the “people skills” to work with Customers and Co-Workers. Very good physical fitness is a must, this is an energetic atmosphere!

Tire & Lube Technician Duties:

Upper

• Learn to service customers for Oil Changes and Preventative Maintenance Services.
• You will be provided extensive On-Line Training plus Mentor-ship.
• Provide recommendations based on vehicle assessments
• Tire Sales and Service
• Suggest services based on Manufacturers guidelines
• Continue to advance knowledge of all products and services offered in store
• Provide exceptional customer service for each customer
• Willing to get your hands dirty and learn about store mechanical duties
• Assist in store cleaning and maintenance

Lower Job Duties

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• work with minimal supervision
• Complete daily job lists
• perform oil changes
• perform undercoating service
• check and change differential fluids

The ideal candidates will have some Customer Service job experience and would enjoy working on cars in a team environment. This just may be the job for you!
