Mr. Bin Inc. is Looking for Warehouse Manager Assistant Full Time

The warehouse manager assistant needs to provide assistance in the inventory control area, including critical things such as administration and various reporting requirements, including health and safety-related.

Responsibility:

* Maintain system by which installers/contractors have needed materials, either via delivery to different job sites or to be picked up

* Organize and maintain stock of commonly used products so it’s available for walk-in customers and installers/contractors

* Inspect products for defects and damages.

* Monitor supply and demand closely to keep inventory at a minimum

* Work with our suppliers to maintain and improve supply chains and procedures

* Ensure walk-in customers are looked after for material orders and pick-ups

* Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

* Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

* Maintain vehicle fleet

* Manage services for building maintenance, such as snow removal, HVAC, safety equipment such as fire extinguishers

* Enforce safety policy and improve safety protocol where needed/identified

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and solid work ethic
• Basic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into the system
• Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
• Skilled in safe forklift driving is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
