Our client based in Lymington has an immediate requirement for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing business and be instrumental in their ambitious growth plans.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying business development opportunities, providing the companies proposition in line with customer needs and acting as the commercial interface with the customer. The BDM will have responsibility for developing and maintaining sales of the product range to a wide variety of markets including commercial and industrial applications.
Your main duties will include the following:Â
Applicants will ideally have a degree in engineering, business or have time served in a similar role within engineering / manufacturing. You will also need experience of selling technical products, strong analytical skills, able to work with key metrics, draw conclusions and communicate insights.
The candidate will also need experience in international sales and distributor management for a technical product range.
There are immediate starts available for these two roles, for the right candidates. They are offered on a full-time permanent basis, 37.50 hours Monday to Friday. Salary up to £55k plus OTE and car allowance.
