Position Overview:
Digital Risk is seeking a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition who will provide strategic leadership to our team of talent acquisition professionals. This Senior Manager will be instrumental in Talent Planning & Acquisition by designing, building and leading a successful talent acquisition function for our innovative, fast-paced, high touch, global organization.
Essential Job Functions:
· Develop and lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team in support of our strategic priorities
· Lead and execute key strategic recruiting initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
· Build influential relationships and leverage alliances to garner support for ideas with executives, peers, as well as internal and external business partners
· Advise senior management in developing appropriate talent strategies based on short- and long-term business needs and partner closely with Human Resource function and business leaders to develop recruiting targets
· Ensure talent acquisition processes and practices comply with relevant legislation, policy, and industry best practices
· Proactively utilize metrics to align with current and forecasted business recruitment needs and manage volume and requisition distribution amongst TA team
· Effectively manage the productivity and efficiency of the hiring process against plan through ratio of metrics
· Ensure recruiters are trained and up to date on proper usage of recruiting tools
· Support the ongoing development of relationships with key stakeholders to identify strategies and achieve the recruitment
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related business studies or equivalent education/experience
· Extensive full life cycle recruitment experience in a complex, fast pace, corporate environment
· 5+ years in a leadership role managing a Strategic Talent Acquisition function/team
· Demonstrated effectiveness leading talent acquisition teams in diversity recruitment and related initiatives and programs in global, multi-brand environments
· Consultative recruiting approach with ability to influence; high emotional intelligence
· Proven track record of building influential relationships and leveraging alliances to garner support for ideas with executives, clients, peers, and business partners
