Moy Park Hiring for HR OFFICER at Ashbourne Full Time

Technical expert and managing HR issues with in a professional HR function for the benefit of the company and its employees.

Some of the responsibilities include:
Provide training, coaching and support to line Managers on HR policies and procedures and legal requirements, ensuring fairness and consistency.

Deliver effective recruitment, selection and retention solutions, all within HR best practice and legislative guidelines.

Manage employee administration, management and maintenance of up to date and accurate employee records on the HR System (Bond) and in manual files in order to be able to produce timely and accurate management reports and information.

Monitor and assist managers in the application of the company’s attendance management policy liaising with Occupational Health where applicable including Long Term Sick.

Monitor and support the employee relations climate on site.

To be discrete at all times, respecting the confidential nature of the HR role.

Manage and co-ordinate ethical trading audit and to support other functions during BRC in order to achieve the highest result possible. Responsible for Sedex updating and maintenance of system.

What you’ll need

Proven HR Officer experience

IT literate

Highly developed organisation skills

Good conflict resolution experience

CIPD/working towards or equivalent qualification

Proven Unionised environment experience
