We are a small consultancy with big ideas and a purpose. Our mission is to reduce transport emissions. We’re seeking someone special who understands this and can turn data into insights and results for our clients.

About you.

You are passionate about sustainability and you can structure, analyse, and communicate data in a concise and compelling way to drive decisions.

You’re interested in cars, trucks, fuels, energy, or technology (ideally, a combination). You may be an experienced data analyst / engineer or a recent graduate, looking to apply your deep data expertise to shape the future. Or you might be from another technical area with exceptional analytical skills and a good working knowledge of government, fleets, or the auto industry.

We need a positive, collaborative, accountable team player. But you’re bringing the data expertise to the team, so autonomy and confidence in applying data techniques and tools is essential.

About the Role.

We’re a small team so you need to be comfortable doing multiple, diverse tasks. Core activities include:

– Research public information sources for relevant data

– Collate, analyse, and present big data sets in a structured and convincing way for different audiences

– Develop models for projections and running scenarios

– Be competent working in both financial and engineering units (dollars, litres, kilowatts, tonnes CO2)

– Collect, understand, and analyse published and real-world data

– Clearly communicate and present results (written, verbal, and with visual tools such as Power BI)

– Track and manage projects and deliverables

Previous experience in an advisory role will be well regarded. Previous experience with heavy vehicles is highly advantageous.
