MOVA International is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Southern California, who can work remotely.

This position handles planning, creating, and executing cost effective digital marketing programs and communications that drive sales and support the customer journey. The primary function is to initiate effective marketing campaigns online and translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and execute budget and plan with Marketing Manager to achieve goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Operate within budget and manage Google and Bing PPC ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
• Supply monthly s on paid, organic, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create up to-date, competitive Amazon product listings optimized for A+ content, visibility, and sales.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine ranking, understand and utilize GA4 analytics for making data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies and optimize results.
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis; utilize DotDigital for marketing automation and campaign management.
• Managed Magento E-commerce platform, ensuring smooth operations and integration with other digital marketing channels.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Email Marketing, Google and Bing PPC ad campaign management, and SEO. Knowledge of Magento E-commerce, DotDigital, and GA4 analytics is a plus. The successful candidate will possess a strong team-player attitude, curiosity, and a self-starter approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Amazon Seller Central, Email Marketing, Google and Bing PPC ad campaign management, and SEO required.
• Familiarity with Magento E-commerce, DotDigital, and GA4 analytics is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies, concepts, trends, and practices.
• A curious, self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
