Mountain Village Resort Hiring for Line Cook at Stanley, Idaho Full Time

We are seeking a line cook for our full service restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and occasional banquets.  We’ve got a great group of kitchen crew along with the front of the house and bar staff.

Must be capable of running a line, which involves:

• Working with other line cooks
• Consistent presentation
• Time management
• Following recipes
• Creating specials
• Maintaining food quality
• Preparing meats and other food to proper temps
• Maintaining sanitation and line organization
• Maintaining proper storage and holding standards
• Communication with kitchen manager
• Assistance with all aspects of maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen

Eligible candidates must possess the following qualities: reliability, clean personal appearance, ambition, creativity, and a cooperative work ethic.  Required 1-year minimum line cooking experience.  Management and/or culinary training are not required, but are a plus.
