Mountain Lake Academy is a unique, year-round experiential based therapeutic school that works with students in the High Peaks of the Adirondack Mountains. Mountain Lake Academy is seeking to fill the full-time position of Teaching Assistant with a dynamic individual invested in the academic success of students in a residential school setting.

Qualifications

• The candidates should have excellent communication skills.
• Be comfortable using technology or the willingness to learn technology.
• The ability to work with students in a school setting.
• Confidence to lead a group of students and willingness to work as part of a team.
• College degree preferred.
• Work a weekday schedule: M-F 7a-3p.
