Mountain City Music Company is a small business in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We are fun, engaging, rewarding and our goal is to provide quality and convenient guitar, piano, and voice lessons.
The successful Music Teacher at our music school must have a passion for their art, and be able to engage with students of all ages. Our school focuses on giving our students the skills and confidence to succeed in a variety of music performance situations, and we are looking for candidates with extensive experience teaching music to children. The best candidates are detailed oriented and have outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in developing musicianship skills and knowledge of the piano.
- Monitor a classroom to ensure all students are on track with instruction and are engaged.
- Help students develop an appreciation for music.
- Use technology to enhance learning.
- Develop lesson plans.
- Present a topic at a conference or workshop.
- Teach music in a school, church, or community setting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
