A creative and multimethod campaign approach such as creating written content, monthly newsletters, organising webinars, creating podcasts and videos
Support in managing the wellbeing community (Wellbeing Champions, Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Leads). Organise the work of the Wellbeing Champions, coordinate regular meetings, support with their wellbeing role and guidance when required
Collation and analysis of management information data (quantitative and qualitative) such as surveys, absence, occupational health, Employee Assistant Programme, incident reporting
Undertake project work and ensure key wellbeing objectives and being achieved

Essential Criteria
Experienced coordinator within a HR department
Delivery focussed and organised
Experience managing global and/or regional campaigns and projects that are informative and engaging
Awareness and passion for wellbeing
Experience of signposting individuals to the appropriate support organisations
Emotional intelligence, effective communication, and active listening skills
Effective stakeholder management and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels within an organisation
The ability to collate and analyse a large variety of data to deliver key messages and inform the strategy
Flexibility to travel across UK offices

This role reports into the Wellbeing Manager and plays a fundamental role in supporting the delivery of the wellbeing strategy across Europe. This is an exciting time to join the team as we evolve and strengthen our wellbeing offering for our colleagues. Our vision is “to create a wellbeing culture where our people are happy, healthy and safe; enabling everyone to achieve their full potential”, we are therefore searching for an experienced coordinator with a clear passion for wellbeing who wants to make a difference.

Please note: we are initially offering this position on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
