Our Talent Acquisition team partners with our business leaders across the region, supporting growth through building great teams. The team is having great success, having recently won the Best Recruitment Team globally for 2021 in the LinkedIn Talent Awards.

As our growth across Australia and the wider APNA region continues, we have created an exciting new role in our TA team, for a Senior TA Advisor to manage recruitment across some of our core growth initiatives across Australia.

Our Brisbane office is the hub of our growth in Queensland and this role would see you working closely with a range to senior stakeholders to continue to drive our expansion plans in the region.

We are motivated about finding a great new team member, and will be looking to interview for this role before Christmas 2022!

Your opportunity
The role will see you develop trusted relationships with some of our key leaders in multiple locations across Australia. You will be initially focused on this phase of growth initiatives, and then in future move into a business partnership role once we have navigated our way through this exciting growth period.
Based in Brisbane, and working with our existing Australian TA team, you will partner with National Sector Leads across a range of recruitment initiatives in markets such as Energy Transformation, Defence, Rail and Highways.
You’ll be using your creativity and skill to attract and onboard active and passive job seekers using various methods of sourcing.

You would be managing circa 30-40 roles at any time, focusing on driving outcomes and motivating stakeholders while hitting campaign and project hire targets. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our TA Lead for Queensland, and Global Search Partner who are both based in Brisbane, to develop targeted approaches and share info across tactical, project and strategic hires.
You will also link in as a key member of our wider TA and HR team.

We would be excited to see previous exposure to recruitment in Engineering, Energy, or Rail recruitment or search experience would be valued, or experience recruiting for large scale projects in the built environment.

Exposure to Project recruitment and PMO recruitment would be great to see, but not essential

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, and be able to embrace this approach across all Talent Acquisition tasks.

An ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a self-starter – we’re here to support and guide, but you need to be able to work effectively with remote management and support.

Comfortable with change and process improvement across recruitment and HR processes, as well as adding your voice to how we can do things better within the wider TA team.
