Now about the role…
Talent Resourcer you will:

• Use a variety of sourcing methods to proactively source and grow our pipeline of candidates
• Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand requirements for specific roles
• Identify candidate suitability through candidate qualifications calls using robust questioning aligned to Motorpoint
• Build a good knowledge of the Tech industry, developing a strong network and brand presence
• Build a good knowledge of the automotive industry and Motorpoint to support branches, preparation and head office roled
• Experience sourcing candidates in technology-based positions
• Source suitable candidates with an aim to reduce our time to hire
• Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date with efficient candidate handover
• Create and manage talent pools on the Applicant Tracking System to ensure we have a clear pipeline of talent, feeding this into the Resourcing Manager
• Passionate about quality driven hiring

To be successful as a Talent Resourcer at Motorpoint you must have:

• Previous experience within talent resourcing or a recruitment-based role
• Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage talent.
• Experience in hiring tech skills
• Ability to work on variety of roles across different departments
• Highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter with experience creating projects, pipelining and writing highly motivating content to attract candidates
• Excellent attention to detail and a process driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised approach to your work with the ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
• Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced, and an evolving environment
