*Duties*
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using schematics and technical manuals* Diagnose mechanical issues and identify necessary repairs or replacements* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks* Assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components with precision and care* Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings* Assist in the maintenance of workshop tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency* Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and addressing client concerns* Undertake heavy lifting when handling vehicle parts or equipment safely
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience or training in automotive repair or related fields* Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised diagnostic equipment* Experience with assembly, disassembly, and equipment repair processes* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping* Good customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients
