Our client is a major Motorcycle dealership located in Canberra. They are seeking to employ a hands-on Dealer Principal to take charge of all aspects of the dealership’s operations. The Dealership is part of a larger Group which offers an exciting career, opportunities for further advancement, an excellent income and a strong support structure. A five day working week applies, with one weekday and Sundays off. Saturday work is mandatory. A complete job description is available on request for suitably qualified candidates.

Applicants for this position MUST first and foremost be motorcyclists, motorcycle enthusiasts, and must have current or recent experience gained in a senior automotive industry Sales or Finance role. The position requires a hands-on approach which will include direct dealings with customers, valuation of trade-ins etc., and be responsible for all aspects of the dealership operations including service, parts and marketing.

On Target Earnings for this role are expected to come in at around $200k + Super. A ride bike is included and a relocation assistance package is also available.
