My client is a SaaS start-up in the PLM space. They’re looking for a friendly and motivated Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to join their team, to help with technical issues and customer success. You will play a vital role between our sales and engineering teams and our customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanic, or Computer engineering.
- Experience resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with PLM software.
- Experience building out a team.
- Strong technical documentation.
