RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing technical information/support to customers, outside representatives (phone/email) regarding products, orders, back-orders, etc.
• Process daily in the system: chair orders, quotes, parts orders and authorized returns management
• Communicate with the production team/representatives for all pertinent information related to the customer’s needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a call center;
• Customer satisfaction oriented;
• Ease of learning for technical aspects;
• Office suite;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.53 per hour
