Renewable Energy Upgrades is seeking Business Development Manager to help us with our everyday stakeholder communication and engagement in relation to our work on the Victorian Energy Upgrades Scheme. We are an accredited provider under the government initiative and have been working under the Victorian energy upgrades scheme for the last 8 years now.

We help our clients reduce their energy bills and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by providing them access to free/ discounted products and services.

II. ABOUT THE ROLE

This a rare opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketer. We are seeking a highly organised, people person, who has exceptional communication skills and someone who is committed to exceptional stakeholder experiences.

Working as a part of the Renewable Energy industry, the key duties of this position include:

• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising

• Measure and on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience

• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising

• Proficient in marketing automation tools

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
