Moss Motors, Ltd Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Santa Barbara, CA Full Time

This position primarily works in an officeenvironment answering incoming calls and emails from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Responsibilities:

· Answer calls and respond to emails to provide customers with product information.

· Enter new customer information into system, or update existing customer information.

· Process orders, forms, and payments.

· Research required information using available resources.

· Manage and resolve customer complaints.

· Identify and escalate priority issues by routing calls to appropriate resource.

· Follow up customer calls when necessary.

· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

· Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.

· Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.

· Good data entry and typing skills.

· Knowledge of British cars, a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 – $47,800.00 per year
