Moskos Communications is a boutique communications and branding agency with a growing list of reputable beauty, health and lifestyle clients including Racing NSW, LUMA Beauty by Jess Hart, Nu Skin, KLIM by Michael Klim, Oil Garden essential oils, Le Tan, In Essence, Skin Republic, Life Space Probiotics, CBRE and more.

We are currently on the look out for an Account Coordinator with at least 1 year experience in Public Relations to join our team on a full time or contract basis.

ing to our senior level team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our team across a portfolio of exciting brands within the beauty space. This role requires someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, is organised, proactive and has good writing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage PR programs as agreed to by clients within established budgets (with management support), including but not limited to:
• Formulating pitches
• Writing media releases with follow up
• Supporting events management
• Compiling and updating media lists
• Compiling monthly media editorials
• Compiling appeared media on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Provide clients with monthly PR s
• Write annual evaluation s as required
• Contribute to agency brainstorming sessions
• Support the Account Director and Managing Director with general office requirements.
• Support the administration duties across socials (linkedin, facebook and instagram)

This is your chance to join a dynamic team of PR and marketing professionals working on an enviable client list of beauty brands. We are looking for a future PR star on a fullt time basis but could also consider a three – five day working week for the right candidate. We are a flexible space.
