Associate | Sr. Associate Levels

This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for being proactive and supporting and/or leading project management and delivery, managing one or more project workstreams based on complexity and experience, developing deliverables and collateral for projects, owning and supporting client and partner stakeholder relationships, and supporting overall growth of FIRM. The Associate | Sr. Associate will have very strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills so they can work closely with Managers, Sr. Managers, and Client Stakeholders to distill complex information into digestible presentations and documents.

Manager | Sr. Manager Levels

This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for managing and developing 2-3 key client accounts and their associated innovation roadmap, leading project delivery and innovation product management, developing and managing team project deliverables, managing key client stakeholders, identifying and supporting the scoping of new innovation projects and business ventures, participating in junior team member development, and supporting the growth of FIRM. The Manager | Sr. Manager will have very strong project delivery, business development, relationship management, and people leadership skills that they will use to autonomously identify partner projects and lead the team through execution. This is a high visibility role with lots of growth potential and is suited for individuals who are seeking to work alongside healthcare industry leaders to own innovation projects and partnership programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate | Sr. Associate Levels

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MPH, MHA) in a discipline related to business, engineering, technology, and/or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in innovation strategy, technology, and/or healthcare consulting, or other relevant field
• Previous consulting experience at a top tier firm with knowledge of the innovation strategy process and healthcare value chain is strongly preferred
• You apply critical thinking and analytical skills; you can break down complex problems into component parts, perform research, structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present viable solutions with support
• You are willing to travel as needed (anticipated up to 15%)
• Life Science (Pharma | Medical Devices) is a HUGE PLUS

Manager | Sr. Manager Levels

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MPH, MHA, PhD, MD) in a discipline related to business, engineering, technology, and/or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, technology, and/or healthcare consulting, or other relevant field
• Previous consulting experience at a top tier firm with knowledge of the innovation strategy process and healthcare value chain is strongly preferred
• Experience and comfort in leading | supporting business development efforts (e.g. writing proposals | SOWs, identifying and supporting development of follow-on consulting opportunities)
• You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, are results-oriented, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency, creativity, and flexibility
• You apply critical thinking and analytical skills; you can break down complex problems into component parts, perform research, structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present viable solutions with support
• You can facilitate executive and senior level client meetings and drive conversations with internal leadership
• You march toward ambiguity instead of away from it; it activates a response to structure, ideate, and solve
• You are an active listener and possess excellent written | verbal communication; you are clear, concise, and organized with your thoughts
