• Position Description*

Reporting to Mosaic Home Services Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating with a variety of clients on behalf of all our affiliated brands. This includes the following:

Interacting with clients on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

Answering client questions in a professional manner

Providing estimates over the phone, via email, and through social media sites based on pre-set pricing structures

Booking appointments into a CRM System (HubSpot)

Keeping track of dozens of conversations per day using a CRM System

Helping to develop best practices and procedures to achieve sales

Developing & sending cost estimates to clients via email through a Field Service Management Tool (Jobber)

Communicating effectively with other inside sales team members

The ideal candidate must:
Have a background in communication, sales, and marketing

Be able to learn quickly about multiple products and services

Be adaptable to changing and competing deadlines

Be a google drive and google suite expert

Have comfort speaking to clients over the phone

Be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
