Mortgage Now is Looking for Client Care Manager Full Time

I’m looking for someone that wants to work in a professional, yet casual environment. I believe you should have fun at your job but also be serious about what you do. The position will have flex hours depending on work volumes and will require 20 to 40 hours a week. More on the flex hours when we talk.

Duties include:

• mortgage application review on Velocity and Expert (electronic delivery systems)
• client database management.
• ability to work remote from home office.
• preliminary underwriting (you will be trained)
• documentation handling and compliance.( you will be trained)
• liaise with clients, lenders, underwriters, appraisers and lawyers.

You should have:

• working knowledge or Word, Excel.
• good organizational skills.
• good computer skills.
• willing to learn new software applications as they become available.
• experience in financial services is helpful but not vital.
• successful completion of the Mortgage Agents course or willing to enroll at some point in the future (financial assistance available for the right candidate).
• the ideal candidate will have some experience in banking or financial services.
• you must have good credit history.

Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
