Morson Talent Looking for Post Graduates in Engineering, Operations at Chester Full Time

Role Purpose and Responsibilities:
We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are keen to develop their career to support the development and delivery of our new and growing business streams. There are a number of roles available across a range of disciplines, including:

• Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical – Preparation of Project Management documentation. Assist Project Engineers/Manager in monitoring Project delivery, preparation of specifications/scope, participation in tender and contract award activities.

• Operations – Engineering or Science – Assist Operations Manager with the execution of various packages of work. Develop written arrangements to support process modification, engineering substantiation and technical specification.

These roles will give the ideal candidates an opportunity to gain experience in a growing business, supported by a diverse training and development programme. The initial roles are offered on an initial 2-year fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for career progression into permanent posts for the right candidates in the right roles.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidates for these roles will:
• Be degree qualified, or have an equivalent level qualification
• Have some experience working in a professional environment (either post-grad or during education)
• Have excellent IT skills – particularly in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
• Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
• Be proactive and self-motivated, with ability to work on own initiative
• Have excellent communication skills, with confident approach to dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Be co-operative – supporting others if they require help in the short term
• Have a delivery focussed approach
• Have a customer focussed attitude, with ability to understand and respond to customer requirements
• Be able to manipulate, analyse and interpret data

Package:
• Remuneration the salary for this role is £33,133.00. Annual pay reviews are conducted.

Location:
The role will be based at our Capenhurst Site near Chester, although some travel may be required as part of the role.
