A bit about the role…
Working for our Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in driving resourcing transformation for our Energy & Water Departments and has line management responsibility for small team of Resourcing Advisors.
We work in partnership with our stakeholders and recruit across all departments for a wide variety of roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support national volume recruitment requirements for our Water and Energy departments. This is a blend of both direct recruitment and agency recruitment. You will oversee performance and delivery against target for both areas.
You will be required to support your colleagues within the Resourcing Team who manage recruitment for different departments from time to time.
You’ll have responsibility for key projects which contribute to the Resourcing teams’ Business Project Plan. It’s an opportunity to bring variety to your day-to-day role and bring innovative solutions and enhancements to our resourcing offering.
We use our Applicant Tracking System ‘Eploy’ to ensure all recruitment is tracked and can be reported on, this is the focal point of all recruitment activity.
A bit about you…
Whilst our day job is to deliver a first class resourcing service to our hiring managers and candidates, you will be used to “spinning several plates” at once (which recruiter isn’t?) and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You’ll be comfortable supporting niche and senior roles and will have the confidence and experience to support strategic volume campaigns.
You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your decisions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a Resourcing Team.
Experience of producing MI & reports using data from an ATS will benefit you in this role.
