Morrie’s Auto Group is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our Brooklyn Park Subaru location. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have an opportunity for you.

Essential Job Functions:

The Accounting Assistant works in the dealership office supporting the store(s).

• Complete stock-in
• Bill new and used car deals
• Verify accuracy of billing schedules
• Communicate with department managers to resolve issues
• Titling of new/used cars
• General accounting functions and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have general accounting knowledge and experience
• Must have computer proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Integrity, a positive attitude and strong work ethic required
• Be a reliable Team Player
• Must be able to maintain confidential information
• Experience with CDK is preferred but we are willing to train
• Dealership experience is preferred
