Moriah Behavioral Health Hiring for HR Talent Acquisition at Spring Valley, NV Full Time

Summary:

HR Talent Acquisition will source, recruit, acquire, and place top-notch talent across a diverse client base. The position will share duties within the Human Resources department including payroll, employee relations, training, and administrative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage and update recruitment databases and advertising budget.
• Collaborate with human resources to effectively implement hiring techniques and recruiting strategies.
• Conduct interviews and prescreens, provide hiring managers with candidate summary information.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate feedback and selection.
• Work with hiring managers to create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns and channels to source candidates, including advertisements, hiring events, career centers, and job programs.
• Partner with Human Resources to facilitate new hire orientations for all new hires and monitor all on-boarding activities with payroll, HR, learning & development, and IT as needed.
• Participate in all Human Resource initiatives, planning, development, and responsibilities.
• Build creative job postings and publish to major job boards and social media sites.
• Follow clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment and human resources team.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Assist the human resources department during vacancies or absences with all operations, human resources tasks and duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong back ground in Human Resources and recruiting with a focus in a healthcare setting preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
