Job Description
Mori is seeking a Sr. Manager, SIOP and Supply Chain. The candidate will be responsible for continuing to implement and run Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for Mori and overseeing Production Planning and being responsible for Inventory Control to improve productivity and efficiency, thus leading to reducing costs of supply chain.
The Sr. Manager, SIOP Process and Supply Chain will partner with stakeholders to develop and conduct the monthly sales, inventory, and operations planning process. This role will require project management and leadership skills to carry out the SIOP roadmap development, documenting process and partnering with the SIOP team on continuous improvement to the process/monthly cycle. This role will leverage metrics and analytical tools to understand areas for opportunity and improvement. This role also includes overseeing the preparations for Demand/Sales Review Meetings, Supply Review Meetings, Finance Review Meetings and Executive SIOP Meetings by collecting relevant information and metrics, preparing presentations for review, and tracking pending actions.
A key part of this role is to sustain the SIOP process. This will require onboarding new team members from different functions on the SIOP process and engage them on the key expectations. Maintaining and tracking of attendees, producing action plan logs, outcomes, and summaries of the SIOP meetings will be part of this role. The Manager will work as a core of the entire Mori’s operational functions; thus the following responsibilities (subject to change) are included:
