DESCRIPTION
Team Profile
The EMEA HR Employee Solutions (ES) team supports the HR Business Partner function by completing and contributing to a number of operational processes. We execute this by understanding requirements, collaborating with HR stakeholders on processes and policies and working closely with our HR Service Centres. The team is split into three process aligned sub-teams.
Role Profile
The specific responsibilities of the role will form an integral part of the ES team, managing the day to day activities within one sub-team and providing support, training and guidance to the sub-team members.
The team lead will be responsible for:
Ensuring all tasks are allocated and actioned correctly within the required turnaround time. As well as this, the team lead will be required to have a full knowledge of all processes and be able to action and complete these as required. Processes will include:
Terminations
Employee Relations and Performance
International Mobility
Flexible Working Arrangements
Performance Evaluation Process
Reporting and Metrics
Compensation and Promotion
Continuous process review and improvement, focusing on ways to streamline and standardise processes
Using the team tracking tool to monitor progress of tasks and assist ES team Manager with metrics
Support on projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Profile:
At least 3 years of HR Business Partner experience.
Team lead experience preferable.
Hands on approach – able to step in if required to solve an issue.
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels within the organization.
Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
Competency in excel and power point skills required. Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets.
Customer service focused with a sense of urgency.
Effective problem solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision.
The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment is necessary for success.
Flexible and professional approach.
Ability to manage expectations of clients and colleagues.
