A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer / Assistant HR Advisor to join the team at a global manufacturing company in Wrexham.
You will join the company on a temporary basis for 2-3 months.
The HR Officer / Assistant HR Advisor will support the HR Manager by providing generalist HR advice and assistance to employees and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Support HR Manager by providing a professional HR service to all employees
Ensure accurate administration and maintenance of HR databases, filing and information systems
Support management with case management, ensuring all policies and procedures are applied fairly
Maintain key employee communication channels
Support all recruitment and onboarding processes
Produce all HR related documentation and reports in line with timescales
Requirements:
CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above)
Experience gained in a manufacturing / logistics or similar industrial environment – advantageous
Thorough understanding of HR function and practices
Strong IT skills; MS Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
