£98,000 to £120,000 basic, car allowance, bonus + benefits.

Delivery of growth plans, transformation, new business systems, multi-site business operations, investment, employer branding, talent acquisition, culture/vision/values, business partnering for board members, acquisition integration, compensation and benefits, health & well-being, ER and industrial relations and more. This is a big role!

Through your operational team you will deliver a diverse portfolio of programmes for this division. This is a challenging role in an environment where the pressure is on to deliver an extensive long-range order book.

You will need significant experience in an industrial, manufacturing or engineering environment at either a large single site or multi-site operation and will have delivered results in a range of HR strategies. You will also need the strength to comfortably guide the senior team on people matters.
