Morgan Properties Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at King of Prussia, PA Full Time

What we’ll expect from you:

• Provide ongoing administrative support for all Corporate Talent Acquisition related activities and processes.
• Ensure up to date job descriptions for open positions. Support the update process as needed.
• Handle all aspects of the new employee hiring process including:
  • Creation of new hire offer letters and offer packets
  • Processing background checks and drug screens
  • Ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met by hiring managers and candidates
• Screen, interview, and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers for interview.
• Proactively develop and manage pipeline of potential candidates to fill current and future openings.
• Support college recruiting programs and participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
• Post open positions to external resources; such as job boards & social networking sites using ICIMS.
• Creatively use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Manage the internal and external candidate experience and recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with other HR team members to support the transition process between candidates’ pre-employment screenings and their first day preparation.
• Assess current administrative processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field
• Minimum of of one (1) year of experience working in an HR department or staffing environment required
• 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
• Experience utilizing iCIMS applicant tracking software preferred
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skill
• Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable with an ability to perform in a rapidly changing, dynamic and growing work environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems
• Displays good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build partnerships with various teams both internally and externally
