Morgan Mckinley are searching for a permanent HR Projects Specialist to work within a vibrant focused business based in the Worcester area with flexible working patterns.
The main duties of this role are listed below:
Systems implementation and improvement
ATS and LMS projects
Assessment of all HR processes to encourage efficiency in the workplace
Assisting the HR function and Chief of People and so much more….
We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR Generalist with some strong HRIS implementation projects background from a fast paced environment, who is used to managing their own time. You will be highly organised, hungry to grow and learn and have proven stakeholder management. This is a permanent role with a salary up to £45,000 PA.
