Morgan McKinley is searching for a 12 months fixed term contract for a Change Specialist for a new position within the change team of a large corporate global organisation. The role will be 2 days from the office and requires someone with change management experience to help the change team through a time of transformation.
The main duties of this role are listed below:
Develop, implement and support the digital transformation of the business from a people perspective
Support the projects people change strategies
Lead projects through the change life cycle
Create project plans and risk logs
Deliver change plans within budget
Project plan reporting
Regulatory compliance and so much more….
We are looking for a People Change Specialist who has previously worked in an IT transformation for large corporate business with similar previous experience who can hit the ground running and provide a clear road map for the business. You will be highly organised with strong stakeholder management experience.
