Morgan McKinley Hiring for Hr Advisor at Slough Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Advisor, to join a busy HR team to assist with general HR queries supporting the Head of People. You will have strong HR administration/assistant skills and be ready for the move into an Advisory role. The day to day duties include:

Assisting the TA team with recruitment

HRIS improvements

Employee Relations

Payroll data review and collation

Management of all joiners and leaver

Absence management

Contracts and onboarding

HR reporting

The successful individual will have previous HR Assistants experience from a similar environment with excellent attention to detail and the desire for perfection. Ideally you will be studying towards CIPD and live in the local area of Slough. This role will be paying £27-33,000 PA and be based from Slough, where parking is provided.
