Morgan Law Hiring for HR Project Lead at London Full Time

I have a great opportunity for someone to lead on a huge and exciting project for a London based NHS Trust.

This project is part of a nationwide initiative for all patients records to become electronic across the NHS. In order for this to happen at this particular trust they need to recruit 191 fte of staff deliver this huge undertaking.

The resourcing plan for this is broadly in place and will made up of new recruits coming in and existing staff being seconded, who will then need to be back filled.

This role would suit an experienced recruitment project lead on this sort of scale or a very strategic HRBP who can pick this up and deliver with pace.

Due to the nature of the role, we are only looking for people with NHS experience on this occasion

This will be a 2 year fixed term contract and is a great project to take ownership of.

Flexible working is offered but there will be some on site requirement – 1 or 2 days a week or possibly less.
