ing into the Director of Income and Engagement you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy, building long term strategic partnerships and leading the team. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Leading their approach to build strategic partnerships across a range of markets including retail and technology

• Managing the development of new ventures and emerging income streams

• Building and leading strategic relationships with external networks

• Monitoring performance, tracking agreed KPIs and providing management s

• Managing, motivating and developing the team

• Working as an integral part of the extended leadership team

You will have a track record of working with large organisations to secure high value gifts, ideally in the charitable sector. Experience of securing, managing and growing corporate partnerships and delivering against complex and varied requirements needs to be combined with experience of innovation and developing new ventures. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
