Morgan Hunt Hiring for Senior HR Officer at London Full Time

Morgan Hunt are working with a fantastic education establishment who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Officer on a temporary basis until August. This Senior HR Officer role is offering 16.48 per plus holiday and hybrid working with 3 day in their South London office.

Key responsibilities for Senior HR Officer:
Support the production management information and HR projects.

To line manage the HR Officer and Assistant for allocated departments.

Supporting the HR team with Lower level case work load.

Managing the training for the HR team on system work (ITrent) and ensuring payroll documents are updated.

Taking minutes meetings to organise and deliver training on the VTS systems for lectures and staff members.

To advise staff members and report to managers on staff matters, such as appraisal, sickness, and probation’s.

Skills required and experiences for Senior HR Officer:
Previous HR admin experience and employee relations.

The ability to work independently as well in a Team.

Excellent communications (both written and verbal) and organisation skills to complete task in a professional and timely manner.

The ability to build and maintain relationships throughout all staff members and management.

Previous experience working in an education sector.
