Morgan Hunt Hiring for Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Remote Full Time

Main duties but not limited to:
To ensure the provision of advice to all managers within the Trust regarding all aspects of employment policy and procedure for all staff, as well as associated employment issues.

To interpret, analyse and provide advice on employment matters with particular regard to effective and timely resolution of discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment case work, often involving complex and sensitive issues requiring tact and diplomacy.

To support review and development of Trust policies and procedures including those that relate to employee relations and contractual matters.

To fully participate in own PDR/appraisal process and input into the appraisal for other members of staff across the service.

To take personal responsibility for maintaining up to date knowledge of full range of employment law, HR best practice and HR policies through own research.

To be responsible for ensuring that internal databases and systems are maintained and updated regularly to reduce delays and identify action required.

Essential requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent

Studying towards CIPD Level 5 qualification

Associate membership of the CIPD Post graduate diploma or equivalent experience

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Until 31st December 2022

There is capacity for some hybrid working, but with a requirement for flexibility around the needs of the service. (can be discussed during the interview)
