Pay rate: 22.24ph 2.68ph WTR Total: 24.92ph PAYE
Location: Remote Working – But would be required related meetings in North East London
Hours of Work: 22.5 hours 09:00am to 5pm Mon to Weds – Remote Working
Duration: 3 months on going contract
Duties
Background:
To project manage the recruitment of clinical and care professionals in North East London. There are approximately 30 vacant roles to fill and you will play an integral role in leading and working with the team and colleagues to meet deadlines ensuring we have completed all task at every stage of the project.
You will have support from the Clinical Director, Head of GP Engagement and work closely with the Recruitment Administrator and the North East London HR and Project Team.
You will also be expected to attend related North East London meetings to represent City and Hackney and report back with updates or questions.
Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will need to possess excellent written and communication skills and be highly organised. HR/ recruitment experience is desirable along with knowledge of using Teams.
Attention to detail is a must as will be the ability to build relationships with different levels of colleagues.

Creating job advert, JD and PS
Approved WAP form
Terms of employment; number of sessions, length of post
Identify Interview Chair, sign off panel members and decision if to have stakeholder panel and interview
Sign off candidate and interview documents2
Shortlisting criteria agreed on and communicated the shortlisting candidates to TRAC contact
Interview (and stakeholder) questions and scoring sheet
Sign off successful offer letter(s) and remuneration ensuring whether contract of service or secondment contract.
