12 per hour plus holiday pay

Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding college that is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 8 Week Contract. You will be supporting the HR team with various recruitment duties and building stakeholder relationships.

Main Duties:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:

Posting job adverts on various platforms, sourcing and shortlisting candidates for relevant roles.

Booking and coordinating interviews.

Supporting hiring managers regarding requirements and suitable candidates.

Updating and managing the candidate database.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you must have the below:
Proven experience of working in a recruitment related role.

Strong communication verbal and written.

Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.

High attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
