This role would best suit someone with a comprehensive HR Recruitment background and who will be able to deal with day-to-day general enquiries in an efficient and respectful manner. A DBS dated within the past 3 years is essential.

Hours: 37 HOURS
Location: Hybrid 2 days a week in London Office
Your role of HR Recruitment Coordinator will include:
You will be one of the key points of contact for hiring managers, staff, and candidates to provide information and advice on the College’s policies and procedures relating to recruitment and selection and employment law.
You will oversee the design and implementation of recruitment strategies
You will have the opportunity to attend and represent the College at external recruitment events.
To organise and lead in house College recruitment fairs from start to finish this includes the follow up of candidates after attendance assisting in the preparation of job descriptions, person specifications and advertising.
You will place job adverts using internal and external platforms including social media, job boards etc
As a HR Recruitment Coordinator you will need:
Experience using HR Databases (iTrent)
DBS (must be dated within the past 3 years)
Ability to handle confidential data in line with GDPR
Ability to manage your own workload
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with care
Level 3 certificate in HR or equivalent qualification
