This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator or a Recruitment Administrator to work within an already established high performing HR team and gain experience within the Education sector.
Role
The HR Recruitment Administrator will support the HR Team with a high-quality delivery of a range of HR services including administration, recruitment, and payroll processing.
Skills and Experience
HR administration in a professional environment
Recruitment experience preparing recruitment advertisements, interview questions and job description, Pre-employment checks
Processing HR payroll information and follow-up administration e.g., letters and contracts
Experience of working with extremely high volumes of recruitment and new starter processing
Providing administration for self-employed contractors and limited companies
Working to tight deadlines and managing changing priorities
